Day With Thomas

We decided to take JMS to the "Day Out With Thomas (the train)" in Lebanon Ohio on Saturday. If you can't tell his expression is nervous excitement.
This is the "real" engine that actually moved the 8 - 1930s passenger cars. Yes...1930s.
Before/After the train ride they had activities for the kids to enjoy. Mini-golf was one of them...is dad or son more excited that he made it in the hole??? They also had those large inflatable jumping tents...to say he loved those would be a huge understatement. :)
And...last thought...who taught this kid to eat pizza?

How neat to get to ride Thomas the train. Unfortunately my girls never got into Thomas-must be a boy thing. Looks like everyone had a great time!

How fun! We took the girls last year to see Thomas in OKC and it was so neat to watch them get all excited for a train ride. Glad you all had a great time!

fun! Our "DOWT" pics are still on the camera. I renamed it 'day out with Daddy' b/c I sent the boys to Nashville alone :) Joshua must have learned to eat his pizza the same place that Joseph did, because he starts with the crust too. Also, that pattern was infuriating. I tried to interpret the instructions about 7 different ways until I finally gave up and found a different pattern. I made one for Zoe and then crocheted a big fat flower for it. Too cute!! Unfortunately, I will be giving it away to a baby girl with a smaller head because it's a wee bit snug on our little princess.

Oh my gosh, you were just down the street (practically) from us! Looks like you had a great train day!
P.S. Thanks so much for the card and coupon! I haven't taken Harper in for pics for so long, but as soon as this horrible haircut grows out, we're there!
Hugs!
